Chocolate Chip Keto-cookies

Yes! You read that right! Cookies can be keto too. All you need to do is replace a couple of ingredients and there you go, your favourite dessert is ready.

Ingredients

  • Almond flour: 1 cup
  • Egg: 1 Medium
  • Double/ heavy cream: 2 tbsp
  • Unsalted butter: 2 tbsp
  • Stevia: 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • Dark chocolate (at least 85% or sugar free): 40 g

Method Steps

Preheat the oven at 1800C.

Mix all the ingredients except chocolate in a bowl, with the fork. Let the dough sit for a few minutes so that the flour can absorb moisture.

Chop chocolate into small chips and add to the mixture.

Form dough balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Slightly press the dough balls until desired thickness is achieved (recommended thickness: ½ inch).

Bake for 13 minutes or until the edges of the cookies turn brown.

Let them cool down. As they cool, they will harden.
